Dance Avenue Fall Class Schedule 2023-24
To Register Online, do any ONE of the following:
- Use the form below (disclaimer will be signed at the front desk before classes begin).
- Open the Fall Registration Form and email the information asked for to DanceAvenueInc@gmail.com.
- Print and fill-out the Fall Registration Form above and send a photo or scan to DanceAvenueInc@gmail.com.
